Eligible Return Conditions

• Original packaging should be intact
• Product should not be damaged after delivery
• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

• Products damaged after use
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale products
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for quick assistance.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
